Terms of Service

Last revised August 2026. Applies to everyone who visits undress-her.me, and to everyone who writes anything on it.

These terms govern your use of undress-her.me (“the Site”), a comparison and review site operated by us. They include our privacy policy. Opening a page means you accept them; if you would rather not, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is for adults: you must be at least 18 and legally capable of accepting this agreement, and authorised to bind any organisation you are acting for. Access from a jurisdiction where a site of this kind is unlawful is not permitted, and checking that is your responsibility.

What We Publish and Why It Is Free

We publish rankings, comparison tables, guides and reviews of services run by independent third parties, together with articles and commentary from our team and from outside contributors. It is editorial content, based on our own criteria and our own opinion at the time of writing, and it is not professional advice of any kind. The Site is free because certain featured partners pay us a referral fee when a reader signs up through a link here; that fee does not decide rankings or dictate a review.

Comments, Reviews and Anything Else You Submit

Your permission to us

If the Site invites you to submit a comment, a user review, a rating, a correction or any other material (“Your Content”), you keep whatever rights you had in it and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display it on the Site and in connection with promoting the Site. You waive any moral right to object to that use, to the extent the law permits, and you accept that we may publish it alongside the display name you chose.

What you promise about it

Moderation

We are not obliged to publish, review or keep anything, and we may edit for length or clarity, decline, hide or delete any submission at our discretion and without explanation. Nothing you submit is confidential, and we pay nothing for it. Views expressed in Your Content are the author’s, not ours, and publication is not endorsement.

Our Content and How You May Use It

The Site, its design, code and content, and the selection and arrangement of all of it, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and print pages for personal, non-commercial use and quote briefly with attribution and a link. You may not republish, adapt, translate, resell or automatically harvest our material, use it to build or feed another service, remove our notices, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Site or other visitors’ use of it, or use our name or marks without written permission. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] identifying the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights or are authorised to act. We investigate promptly and remove material where the complaint is well founded.

Third-Party Sites and Advertising

Outbound links and advertisements lead to businesses we do not control and are not responsible for. Once you follow one you are subject to that operator’s terms and privacy policy, and any dealing with them — sign-up, payment, delivery, dispute — is exclusively between you and them. You release us and our officers, employees, agents and successors from claims of any kind arising out of those dealings or out of your interaction with other users of the Site.

Disclaimer and Liability

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE IS UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM CONNECTED WITH THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 500. Where local law does not permit these limits, they apply only so far as it does.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless — including our officers, staff, agents and successors — against any third-party claim and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Site, from Your Content, or from your breach of these terms. We may take control of the defence at your expense, and you will not settle without our written consent.

Changes, Law and General

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it, and may revise these terms, at any time; a revision takes effect on publication here with an updated date, and continued use signifies acceptance. These terms and any dispute connected with the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes referred to arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution under its international procedures, saving any local right of action that cannot be excluded by agreement. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands; a right unenforced is not waived; these terms with the privacy policy are the entire agreement; we may transfer our rights and obligations, including on a sale of the Site; and we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
